1. Sedenak Tech Park (STeP) – Kulai, Johor
- Capacity: Up to 300 MW of critical IT load
- Size: Spanning 745 acres
- Highlights: Once fully operational, STeP is set to become the largest hyperscale data center campus in Southeast Asia. The project is being developed by Yondr Group in collaboration with other industry leaders.
2. YTL Green Data Center Park – Kulai, Johor
- Capacity: 500 MW, powered by an on-site 500 MW solar farm
- Size: 275 acres dedicated to data center development
- Features: This facility is co-powered by renewable energy and is part of a larger initiative to support AI infrastructure in Malaysia. Notably, it hosts NVIDIA’s AI supercomputing operations.
